A PRODUCT DECISION

Peru works when differentiation matters.

Choosing a manufacturing country should not be reduced to unit price. For a premium brand, material, fit, construction, communication and the ability to turn a reference into a repeatable product also matter.

01

Materials with intent

We evaluate composition, weight, hand feel, color and performance around the product. Peruvian Pima cotton programs are reviewed when the scale and commercial objective support them.

02

Closer development

Briefs, references, samples and approvals are managed with a Lima-based team whose working day overlaps with buyers across the Americas.

03

Flexible entry routes

Private Label officially starts at 100 units. Selected basics at 50–99 may be evaluated, while Custom Blanks starts at 50 units per model.

04

Export-ready production

Destination, packaging, quality control and shipping requirements are included from the brief. Timelines are confirmed after specifications, materials and capacity are reviewed.

MORE THAN ORIGIN

The advantage appears in execution.

“Made in Peru” has value when a system stands behind it: commercial discovery, development, sampling, approval, production, quality control and export coordination. Xtextile organizes those decisions as one manufacturing route.
