A reliable production calendar begins with a complete brief and approved product—not with a generic delivery promise. The stages below show how Xtextile moves a viable project from initial evaluation to export.
1. Commercial brief and feasibility
We review product, quantity, destination, target date, technical complexity and service route. When the required information is complete, our target is to prepare a quotation within 24 business hours.
2. Development and sampling
Specifications, fabric, fit, construction, decoration and branding details are aligned. Sampling requirements depend on project complexity and prior validation. Bulk production should not begin while critical product decisions remain open.
3. Approval and production confirmation
After the commercial and technical scope is accepted, a 60% deposit confirms the sale and allows production planning. Any alternative payment arrangement or full-payment discount requires explicit approval.
4. Production and quality control
Production follows the approved reference and specifications. Quality review focuses on measurements, construction, decoration, finishing, labeling and packing requirements relevant to the project.
5. Export and delivery coordination
Destination, packing information and shipment requirements must be confirmed early. Production time is quoted after specifications, samples, fabric availability and capacity have been reviewed; previous project timelines are not universal guarantees.
Communication window
Our commercial hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (Peru time). We do not operate on Sundays.
