THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Each stage closes a decision before the next one begins.

Speed does not come from skipping steps. It comes from complete information, timely approvals and manufacturing against an agreed reference.

The final calendar is confirmed after reviewing complexity, fabric, samples, decoration, volume, packaging and destination. We do not promise a generic lead time before understanding the project.

BRIEF & FEASIBILITY

First, we define what will be manufactured.

We review the product, quantity, destination, target date, references, technical readiness and the right service route. This prevents an incomplete idea from being quoted as a defined product.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We translate brand intent into manufacturable specifications.

We align fit, construction, measurements, fabric, weight, color, decoration, labels, trims and packaging. If the client does not yet have a tech pack, we guide the information needed to move forward.

SAMPLE & APPROVAL

The approved reference protects production.

Sampling validates fit, proportions, construction, material and applications before volume production. Feedback and revisions are documented; bulk production should not start while critical decisions remain open.

STAGE OUTPUTApproved sample or production reference
04

COMMERCIAL CONFIRMATION

The project enters planning when scope and payment are confirmed.

The quotation defines product, quantity, finishes, commercial terms and the agreed calendar. The official 60% deposit confirms the sale and enables production scheduling. Full payment and any related discount apply only when explicitly included in the approved proposal.
