Design and materials
Build the mockup, confirm available wool, leather and trims, prepare embroidery files, trace patterns and cut the components.
XTEXTILE CASE STUDY · ARTIST PROJECT
Two 1-of-1 varsity jackets designed, engineered and produced in Lima—then delivered hours before Ñengo Flow stepped onto the National Stadium stage with Bad Bunny.
An exceptional, capacity-dependent project. The 72-hour timeline is not a standard production lead time.
THE CALL
Ñengo Flow's team reached Xtextile with logos and a fixed stage date—but no final garment, material combination or production-ready design. We had to turn an urgent creative direction into a real, coherent product without separating design from manufacturing reality.

The concert could not move. Every creative and technical decision had to protect the delivery window.
One brief. Zero room for delay.
Xtextile assumed the complete route from visual concept to finished garment, aligning the artist's identity with materials that were available and technically viable inside the window.
THE 72-HOUR COUNTDOWN
Build the mockup, confirm available wool, leather and trims, prepare embroidery files, trace patterns and cut the components.
Execute the decorated panels, assemble the wool body, leather sleeves and custom rib, then continue sewing through the night.
Install snaps, clean, press, inspect, photograph and deliver both completed pieces only hours before the show.
PRODUCT ENGINEERING
The result had to read as one deliberate object—not a collection of logos added to an ordinary jacket. Structure, contrast, color and embroidery were developed together.

Translate supplied logos into a balanced front, back and sleeve composition.
Combine a structured wool body with leather sleeves and a custom knitted collar.
Prepare scale, color and placement so every graphic reads correctly in embroidery.
Keep construction, finishing and inspection inside an unusually compressed schedule.
THE EXTRA MILE
The original request was for one jacket. Xtextile developed and delivered two distinct 1-of-1 pieces, giving the artist's team a real choice before the appearance.
One of those jackets was selected for Ñengo Flow's performance with Bad Bunny at the National Stadium in Lima.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROJECT
A moment from the project in Lima with Xtextile founder César and Ñengo Flow. Behind the 72-hour execution was a close, human collaboration connecting the artist, his team and Xtextile's design and manufacturing operation.

THE RESULT
On January 17, 2026, Ñengo Flow appeared as Bad Bunny's surprise guest during the second Lima show. The selected jacket moved directly from Xtextile's workshop into one of the country's highest-visibility live music moments.

MORE THAN SPEED
Responding quickly did not mean improvising. This case demonstrates what an integrated design and production team can do when materials, capacity and a fixed cultural moment align. It does not mean that every custom project can—or should—be produced in 72 hours.
