Custom Production: official MOQ of 100 units per style or model; selected basic T-shirts and similar products at 50–99 units may be reviewed. Custom Blanks: from 50 units per model. Pima cotton program: normally from 1,200 units, with a possible split into up to two colors after review. Shop XBLANKS: retail from 1 unit and wholesale pricing from 25 total units.

Pricing depends on the product, fabric, quantity, construction, decoration, labels, trims, packaging and delivery requirements. A visual reference without quantity, destination and specifications is not enough for an accurate quote.

A production sale is confirmed with a 60% advance payment; the balance follows the written commercial terms for the project. Reorders can reuse prior information, but fabric, trims, quantity, pricing and delivery dates are reviewed again before confirmation.

Not automatically. Pima cotton is a material program evaluated inside the appropriate manufacturing route. Product, volume, construction and quality requirements must fit the program; the current commercial starting point is normally 1,200 units.

A complete tech pack improves speed and accuracy, but it is not always mandatory for an initial review. Clear references, artwork, measurements and product requirements can establish the starting scope. Xtextile will identify the missing technical information.

Yes, when sampling is part of the agreed route. The sample is used to review fit, construction, materials and branding before bulk production. Changes after approval can affect cost and timing and must be reviewed in writing.

There is no universal lead time. Timing depends on development, sample approval, fabric and trim availability, construction complexity, quantity, current capacity and destination. The project schedule is confirmed in writing before production begins.

Depending on the product and route, Xtextile can evaluate printing, embroidery, labels, trims, packaging and other finishing requirements. The selected method must be validated against the artwork, material, quantity and intended result.

Quality is managed through defined checkpoints: approved specifications, construction and measurement review, decoration and finishing review, and final preparation before dispatch. Controls are matched to the product and confirmed scope.

Bulk production begins after the agreed commercial and technical approvals are complete, including the required advance payment and any sample or specification checkpoint defined for the project.

Any post-approval change must be reviewed before execution. It may affect materials, labor, price and delivery timing. The updated scope should be confirmed in writing before the change enters production.

Yes. Xtextile manufactures in Peru and can prepare projects for international delivery. The destination should be shared at the start because it affects packaging, documentation, freight planning and the quotation.

Freight, insurance, duties, taxes and import responsibilities depend on the destination and the commercial terms stated in the quotation. They should not be assumed to be included unless confirmed in writing.

Share the country, city, postal code, preferred delivery window and whether the buyer already works with a freight forwarder. Final shipping requirements are confirmed for the specific order.
