Xtextile develops and manufactures custom clothing in Peru for brands that need a product built around their own fit, materials, construction and identity. This is our full-service route for Private Label and made-to-order apparel—not a ready-made garment with only a logo added.

What we need before quoting
Send the product, quantity per design, destination country and target date. Designs, mockups, reference garments, measurements or a tech pack improve accuracy, but you do not need a finished tech pack to begin.

Discovery, quotation and production
- Project review: we confirm whether the product, quantity and target date fit our capabilities.
- Discovery: our commercial team clarifies the product and business requirements before the final quotation.
- Quotation: once the brief is complete, our operating target is to prepare the quote within 24 business hours.
- Development and approval: materials, sample and specifications are approved before bulk production.
- Production and quality control: the confirmed specifications guide manufacturing and inspection.
- Export: the shipment route and required documents are coordinated for the destination market.
Commercial terms
A project is considered confirmed when the quotation and specifications are approved and the required production payment is received. Our standard production start is based on a 60% advance payment, with the remaining balance handled under the confirmed commercial terms.
