A tech pack reduces assumptions, accelerates evaluation and gives the development team a shared technical reference. It does not need to be perfect before you contact us, but the more specific the brief, the more reliable the feasibility review and quotation.
Core information to include
- Product overview: garment type, intended customer and reference images.
- Technical sketches: front, back and relevant detail views.
- Measurements: base size, points of measure, tolerances and size range.
- Fabric: composition, weight, knit or weave, color and desired hand feel.
- Construction: seams, rib, pockets, closures, reinforcement and special finishes.
- Branding: print or embroidery files, placement, dimensions, labels and trims.
- Packaging: folding, bags, stickers, hangtags, barcodes or other requirements.
- Commercial brief: quantity per design/color, destination and target date.
If you do not have a finished tech pack
Do not abandon the project or send only “I need a price.” Share your designs, mockups, physical references or links, estimated quantity and intended quality level. Our team can identify missing information and determine whether product development support is required.
Before submitting
- Make sure artwork dimensions and placement are clear.
- Separate confirmed requirements from inspiration.
- State which details are flexible and which cannot change.
- Include the market and target customer so quality decisions have context.
