PRODUCTION PROCESS

1 - Reception of the technical sheet, analysis and definition:
We receive the customer's technical sheet or a reference sample to start the process, we also analyze and define the specifications of the garments, taking into account the customer's requirements and needs.

2 - Development of prototype and preliminary budget:
We create the first prototype of the garment and provide a preliminary budget based on the defined specifications, if necessary we make the necessary adjustments based on customer feedback and obtain final approval for production.

3 - Final planning, price confirmation, production programming and deadline estimation :
We carry out detailed production planning, estimating the consumption of fabrics and other materials, and confirming the final price with the client. We schedule production based on planning and estimate delivery times for each phase of the process.

4 - Cut of bulk production:
We carry out the cutting of large-scale production, following the defined patterns and specifications, after which we carry out quality controls verifying that the garments meet the established standards.

5 - Sewing, garment finishing and quality control:
We carry out the sewing operations, we add the final accessories, we carry out the ironing, the individual packaging and labeling of the garments. We carry out a final quality control inspection to ensure that the garments are in optimal condition before delivery.

6 - Billing and shipping:
We prepare the billing and other documents necessary for the delivery process and fulfillment of the order. Likewise, we organize and manage shipments, making sure that the garments are correctly packaged and ready for transport.
